Window Cleaning

The Process
Specially designed soft bristled brushes are used to clean the window, while at the same time jets of ultra-pure water rinse the glass. The result from cleaning with pure water is absolutely spot-free windows. And with no chemical residue left behind on the glass, dirt will be discouraged from redepositing on the surface, reducing the necessary frequency of cleaning intervals. Our extreme-reach carbon fiber poles allow us to clean the most difficult to reach windows and skylights safely and efficiently. This increased efficiency means affordable rates for our customers!

Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar panels must remain clean; and it is critical that they are cleaned correctly by a professional. Cleaning panels using a pressure washer can break the seals between the glass and the panel. Harsh chemicals will break down the rubber gasket seals. The wrong type of brush will scratch the glass, causing shading and potentially cracking.
We clean solar panels with the same Reverse Osmosis and De-Ionisation technology that we use for cleaning windows. This is by far the safest and most effective way to clean panels; not to mention that its is environmentally-friendly. Your panels will be spot-free with no residuals left behind to attract dust and dirt.

Residential & Commercial Service Packages
In an effort to make our window cleaning services affordable for everyone, we offer three service packages:
Basic Package - Your basic San Luis Obispo County window cleaning package includes all exterior window washing for the entire home, or just windows that you specify. Many choose this package as a maintenance package for 3 or 4 cleanings during the year after the first cleaning.
Deluxe Package - An economic choice for windows that are not that dirty, this package will get the inside and outside of your windows cleaned, plus the basic screen cleaning.
Premium Package - includes window washing of the entire house both inside and out, deep screen washing, track cleaning, frame cleaning and window sill cleaning.
